Had a great three-night stay at the hotel in Albi. It's in a very central location by the river, close to good restaurants, the Toulouse Lautrec museum, cathedral, and bridges.

Good location, about 5 minutes walk away from the town centre. Free parking at the hotel. Hotel is what you would expect from a mid level chain. Good, clean room but nothing special.

Staff didn't make much effort.

Excellent staff and a terrific location with river views of the old town center of Albi and the Ste Cecile cathedral. Appreciated the availability of a continental breakfast option in lieu of the buffet breakfast.

Given the small size of the rooms, we would have appreciated a guest seating area for reading beyond that offered by the tables and chairs in the bar. If the weather had been warmer, the outside patio area would have helped in this regard. The scheduled renovation of the bathrooms should also help refresh them - they need it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from a major museum. the room is spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a lovely view of the water. the staff is attentive from the moment of arrival until the end of the stay.

The situation was very convenient for visiting the city as it is within easy walking distance and useful for being able to park the car.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant was closed the night we were there.

Value for money here! 😊 the room has a fresh look, the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist! We also got to enjoy a hearty breakfast, complete with a variety of hot dishes and a stunning view.

Our flights were cancelled due to volcanic ash. Staff were very helpful in allowing us use staff computer to book cars flights etc. Breckfast provided was very good and views from dining room are superb.

Very pretty location and very relaxing. Well situated for easy access while in close proximity to the City Centre which is lovely to wander around. Would definately place on my future plans for another visit.

My recent stay at the Mercure was absolutely wonderful. The location near the river and the view of the cathedral were breathtaking. The bathroom was functional and clean, and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Free parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was really well located a picturesque walk across the river from the old town. We had excellent service and consideration from all the staff involved. Also they were considerate enough to speak English. Our room was comfortable and had a pleasant outlook.

I returned to this hotel to visit Albi. The river room I had had the desired view of the cathedral and chateau.

This venue has very spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a beautiful view of the river making my stay enjoyable!
